My baby doesn't want me to hold him...?

Every child is an individual! Take your cues from your little boy - maybe he's just an independent soul or he prefers looking around. Hold him on your lap facing outward or walk around with him so he gets different views of his surroundings. When he gets a little older he will enjoy playing finger games and peek-a-boo and tickles.
